Creating a catalog
In the Catalogs tab click on “Create a catalog”, this will open up a dialogue to configure basic details about the catalog.

Create catalogs
Click on the “Create a catalog” button and define basic details:
Name → It will appear in the JSM portal when the shop dialogue opens.
Description → It helps administrators in distinguishing between catalogs, especially when there are similarities in their content or purpose. Think of it as an internal note or reminder.
Select a customer portal(JSM project) → Project in which the shop will be applied to.
Select a request type → Request type that is associated with the shop. Click on the selected request type within the project will open a shop
