Synchronize issue links

If enabled, issues selected in the custom field will be synchronised with native Jira issue links.

Required Configuration

When Synchronise Issue Links is enabled, following configuration is required:

  • Link type - the link type that the custom field will be associated to

 

If this option is selected, all issues removed from the AIL field will result in the removal of Jira links as well.

What happens when Synchronise issue links with Delete Jira links is enabled:

  • Selecting links through Linksy will create a Jira link.

  • Removing issue from Linksy field will remove Jira links.

  • AIL fields will get the value from existing Jira links.

  • Adding and removing Jira links will update Linksy field values. Page refresh is needed to see changes in Linksy fields.
