NEW: WSJF
We're thrilled to announce a strategic addition to our Custom Field Suite, the WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First) field. This feature draws from the renowned prioritization model used widely in the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, where tasks are sequenced for maximum economic benefit.
The WSJF Custom Field facilitates effective decision-making and prioritization by calculating the relative cost of delay divided by the relative job duration. This not only assists teams in determining the sequence of work based on their potential economic impact but also promotes a focus on jobs that are likely to deliver value quickly.
