Upload images on extern server and add an URL when creating achievements or awards. Recommended size is 50x50 pixels

Do users have an option to decide if they want to participate in gamification?
Jira and Confluence Administrators can decide if they want that users can choose to participate in gamification. Under the “General” tab in the app configuration, it is possible to enable or disable this option for users.
Is it possible to create custom events?
Trophies for Jira and Confluence have predefined events and administrators can edit them. It is also possible to create some custom events with more filters and personalisation.
Do any change affects the received points?
Changes in the app configuration will not affect already received points, awards and achievements.
Do I have to buy both apps to use Gamification?
No, you don't have to buy both apps. Both apps work independently. Trophies for Confluence lets you implement gamification within Confluence, while Trophies for Jira is specific to Jira. Of course, it makes sense to use both apps to gamify the complete Atlassian experience and ensure your colleagues have twice as much fun while working.
If I want to use both apps, do I have to pay twice?
Until the end of September, you can get a discount code from us if you want to use both apps. The condition is that you already use one of the apps. You will then get a 50% discount on the second app. This way we want to make it easier for you to use both apps, because we are sure that you will have twice as much fun!
How do I get a discount code?
You can get a discount code if you already use trophies for Jira or Confluence and want to use the additional app trophies for Confluence or Jira. You can easily request the code by sending us an email: E-MAIL. We will then send you the discount code you can use in the Atlassian marketplace.
What happens if I don't install the new update because I don't want to pay for one app or both apps?
Of course, your existing licenses will remain valid. Unfortunately, not installing the update will mean that your feature set will not be enhanced and optimized. Updates allow us to provide you, our user, with a better user experience when using the app. For example, with the release of August 15, the new features will be released.
When will the new price be introduced?
The new price for the apps Trophies for Jira and Trophies for Confluence is valid from September 1st.
