Catalogs are a place where your configured shop with appropriate Assets will be located. Multiple catalogs can be created and each can be assigned to different projects and request types.
Creating a catalog
In the Catalogs tab click on “Create a catalog”, this will open up a dialogue to configure basic details about the catalog.
Name → Name of the catalog, this will be displayed in the portal when opening the shop
Description → Catalog description
Select a customer portal(JSM project) → Project in which the shop will be applied to
Select a request type → Request type associated with the shop
Currency → Currency for the items in the shop. Anything can be added such as EUR, DOLLAR, $, €
