Accessing My Assets
Users can view their assigned assets in the JSM portal:
Click on the profile picture in the top right corner of the JSM portal.
Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
Scroll to the My Assets section at the bottom of the profile page.
Features for Users
View Assigned Items: Users can expand each group (like "hardware", "software", "laptops") to see the items assigned to them.
Report a Problem: Users have the option to report issues with any item directly from this view.
Details view: Each item can be expanded offering users item details such as date bought, warranty, serial number, etc.
