This is a quick guide on how to setup a mail server for your instance.
Login to your google workspace account
Go to account settings →
Click on “Security” in the sidebar on the left side
Enable two step verification →
After enabling the two step verification go to “App passwords”
Select app(other) and device(other) →
Enter a name for the app password(any name)
Click on generate
Copy the generated password
This is the only time this password is displayed, save it somewhere.
Now, go to your instance, and go to the mail server settings of the app.
SMTP server details
Server name: Arbitrarily
From address: <arbitrarily>@smtp.gmail.com
From name: Arbitrarily
Subject prefix: Arbitrarily
Server hostname
Server hostname: smtp.gmail.com
Server port:587
Username: you google workspace account (<name>@caelor.com)
Password: password generated in the steps mentioned above
