Internal comments for JSM agents

When a request is raised through Shoppie the agent will see an internal comment in the issue. The internal comment will let the agent know that the request has been raised through Shoppie and show the agent selected items and remind the agent where to see item details:

Restrict category item selection

To provide organizations with better control over resource distribution and to prevent excessive requests, we've introduced a feature that limits users to selecting only one item per category. This ensures a more equitable distribution of assets and reduces the possibility of stock quantity reduction.

Before this feature, the process was manually monitored, leading to errors and misallocations. Shoppie instantly notifies employees that they can select only one laptop, preventing dual allocation.

Introducing a small quality of life change to make navigation through items in the catalog easier. We’ve added arrows for going back and forth instantly switching between items in the same category.
