User Profile
Your User Profile is your personal command center in the Cosmos community. Add your skills, expertise, and other pertinent details. Doing so not only lets the community know you better but also enhances personalization, making your experience more tailored and engaging.
When generating the employee database, we fetch users' Names and Emails for initial recognition. However, for your privacy:
We do not store this data on our end.
Real names are not processed; instead, we use user IDs, which are strings of random, unidentifiable digits and letters.
While emails are fetched, they are never stored in our system.
Set up the user profile
Access your profile on the bottom left in the Cosmos sidebar and then click on the Edit button that appears on the bottom right of your profile screen. The configuration side.
The user profile layout you define here will apply to all user profiles.
Ensure all team members complete their user profiles on the Cosmos intranet for Confluence. Share the profile link across your internal communication channels, urging users to fill it out. Once updated, their details will automatically integrate into the employee database.
