The Cosmos Admin role enhances permission management within our intranet app. With this role, any user can now be granted privileges equivalent to Confluence administrators, allowing for increased flexibility and control over the app's configuration.

Before taking any further actions, if you wish to delegate the configuration of Cosmos to someone else, ensure you assign them the Cosmos Admin role.

Cosmos Admins

How to steps:

  1. Navigate to the settings icon in the sidebar and select.

  2. Navigate to Cosmos Admins and select.

  3. Add admins: Within the Cosmos Admins section, there’s an option to "Add admins". Click on this option.

  4. User Selection: In the dropdown menu, type in the user's name or select some of the suggested users.
