We've changed the way custom fields are created! We added the option to create a custom field directly from the global app configuration. This now provides the benefits of easier creating, managing and deleting custom fields.

 

For a quick and easy start, just use the Create custom field button on the right side of the screen. Custom fields can still be created through Jira Settings.

Follow these steps to access global app configuration from anywhere in Jira:

  1. Navigate to Apps and select Manage your apps.

  2. Navigate to Custom Field Suite in the sidebar on the left and select.

That’s it! You can now start using Custom Field Suite right away.
