Page Rating

Ratings are an invaluable source of feedback and a great tool to increase user engagement and interaction. People use ratings to decide whether they should or should not download an app, buy a product or book a hotel.

Page rating report macro will improve the content quality and attract users to read more.

How to use

Before you start using the page rating feature, it should be enabled in the app settings. By default, this macro is disabled. Users will see an option to rate the page in the page header next to the edit button.

To add the Page rating report macro to a Confluence page:

  • In the Confluence editor, choose + > Other Macros or

  • Find and select the Page rating report macro.

Alternatively, type ‘/' and the beginning of an element (tool or things in the insert menu) to see a list of suggestions and enter 'Page rating report.’

  • Select spaces and pages you want to include in your rating report. If nothing is selected, a report for all existing spaces and pages will be created.

  • Select min and max star rating results when creating a report. If nothing is selected, all selected pages will appear.

  • Click on the Save button will create a rating report for selected spaces and pages.
